In an effort to encourage and strengthen creativity and connection between workplace colleagues, Green Olive at Red Hill is partnering with business creativity facilitator Rox Martyn to launch a new and exciting on-site team building experience.
As a thriving farm, olive grove and winery located in the heart of the Mornington Peninsula’s hinterland, Green Olive at Red Hill has become a celebrated location of culinary delight and country charm.
The 27-acre property offers numerous opportunities for food adventures set in a picturesque vineyard and olive grove setting.
Established in light of the ever-changing return-to-work-landscape, the workshops will aim to inspire team engagement as well as ignite important conversations, combined with a “sprinkling of creative magic”.
The half-day initiative will incorporate a distinct immersion into the working farm, where participants will have the chance to explore the surrounding environment, get up close to the farm animals and enjoy a shared lunch.
Fostering a compelling reason to encourage workplace colleagues to connect, represents a prominent goal of the overall experience.
Having spent a twenty-year-plus career in creativity, Rox Martyn will bring her visual thinking skills to the forefront of the new initiative, in the pursuit to challenge reflection and creative exploration.
Rox has worked around the world in her profession, from London to New York and Melbourne.
